Tuck Yan is a Paralegal with the Intellectual Property and Technology Practice at Chevalier Law LLC. He graduated with a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) from Nottingham Trent University and was subsequently awarded a Postgraduate Qualification from Bond University. Tuck Yan is qualified to practice in Australia and Malaysia having called to the bar in both jurisdictions in 2021.

Prior to joining Chevalier, Tuck Yan’s previous roles have provided him with legal knowledge and understanding in Intellectual Property, Commercial and Corporate, and Civil Litigation. He coordinates trademark filings in the ASEAN region, conducts intellectual property searches, and reviews examination reports. He has handled a wide range of matters, including company disputes, land issues, and family and estate matters.

In his free time, he enjoys traveling and spending quality time with his family.
