Bingying is an Associate with the Corporate & Capital Markets Practice at Chevalier Law LLC. She graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from The George Washington University in 2020 and received a Juris Doctor from the Singapore Management University in 2023. She was called to the Singapore bar in 2024.
Prior to joining Chevalier Law, Bingying handled various corporate, commercial, and tax law matters, which gained her good exposure and enhanced her legal expertise. Since then, Bingying has assisted and been involved in various matters, including corporate actions for public listed companies and general corporate advisory.
Bingying was born and grew up in Hangzhou, China. She is fluent in both Chinese and English which makes her a valuable team member on matters for Chinese speaking clients.
